I wouldn’t cross this young lady in 25 years. In fact, I wouldn’t start now either. She is only 3 but she means business.

Here you can see her running the Global Monkey Business brand behind a tree and later being chased by a Grand Investor.

So nice to get to photograph 3 generations.



She is well loved by her shareholders. So I imagine her current rein will stay in tact for years to come.

Have a feeling the world will be a better place with her in charge someday.

Oh, these photos are from way back in the early summer when our good friends came to visit from Miami. Lets just not mention how long it took me to get to these. Her kids are probably taller than I am by now.

This little fox is on the PreK prowl. Griffin, who has been sleeping with his backpack for the last week, finally had his first day at school.


Dunes, in the car on the way to school asks, “Are you a little scared?”
G: “no.”
D: (incredulous) “even a little?”
G: “no.”
D: “But there will be some big kids there, then you might get nervous.”
G: “I like Big Kids!”


He is joined at his new school by 2 beloved friends from his “old” school. Such wizened school connoisseurs these three are…

At pickup.
Me: “So Griffin, what was your favorite part of school?”
G: “When you dropped me off.”
Me: “Cool, what else?”
G: “When you picked me up.”
Me: “Huh. What else did you do that you liked?”
G: “Nothing”
Me: “Hmmn. Did you sing songs?”
G: “Oh yeah! That was my favorite part too. And we played cars. And we had Goldfish!”
Nothing makes a toddler’s day like Goldfish!
