Sweet Grace | Newborn Portraits | Providence

Babys don’t come much sweeter than this:

This little girl is wrapped in the kind of love you can feel walking through the door.

The cool thing about this image is that it holds 4 generations. Baby Grace, Mom, and Grandmother …Great-Grandmother is represented by her painting hanging in background.

I’d say she has lots to look forward to.

Congratulations again!

Rock a Bye

Sweetest family ever. Not that we are at all partial to our neighbors… But they did just recently make a very lovely addition to our neighborhood….

Don’t you wish you could sleep this well?

Welcome Dory!

It is always great to photograph a newborn. Even better when I get greeted by the welcoming commity at the door.

This young lady and I took a yoga class together way back in our youth. She was part of the “in crowd” of younger yogis who all seemed to have a way of getting their toes in their mouths. Rodney Yee would have been impressed. Us older classmates all tried to keep up, following the cool kids to lunch and giving into all of their whims. But once the Youngers decided they wanted to roll- we were done with yoga and I haven’t been able to see much of those classmates since. But it was nice to catch up.

Dear T family. I wish you so much happiness (and sleep) as you welcome Dory into your home. Now that your pair has turned to a flock I hope your days are filled with laughter (and sleep) with puddles to splash in and warm baths to bathe in, sprinklers, races, (sleep), stories told, hugs shared and, of course, sleep. Such beautiful, sweet, kids. Thank you for letting me photograph them!
