Start with beautiful day add fantastic couple and the fun shall follow | MA wedding photography

add location, folliage, happy guests, gusts of wind and a horse…(will try post more of that later)
Anyhow. I couldn’t have asked for a more lovely couple. They were up for the fun and celebration sprinkled with traditions.

Below is a small representation of some of the fun the guests had in the Bring-the-Fun-Booth. I love doing these. It is such a great way for the bride and groom to capture all of the guests at the wedding being themselves.

Some messages they left

I hope to post more soon as I get through editing photos. There are a few more of the Bride and Groom on my Facebook Page. Like I mentioned, there was an entrance on a horse, some lovely henna, great setting at Fruitlands Museum and foliage, oh, the foliage…
All things to make a photographer giddy. Thank you L&N for choosing me to be there for such a great day!

Squeeze a wedding into your summer vacation | Cambridge Wedding Photography

I had such a great time at this wedding. K & J wear their fondness for life and each other in a way that makes my job easy. Everyone else at the party seemed to shop the same designer. See here for yourself…
The event itself was lovely (even with the heat)

St. Paul’s Parish in Cambridge.

This is my shot titled “Hey there, wanna go to this dance with me tonight? All the cool kids are gonna be there…” It pays homage to the fact that this wedding was made possible by the fact that the couple met while teaching. No, they didn’t have their reception in a school gym, but the very lovely MIT faculty Club with the awesome view of Boston. I had just happened upon this row of lockers on the way downstairs to scout out some shots outside.

You can stage a good shot- but happiness is unmistakable and unmissable if you are ready to catch it when it runs past.

They brought-the-fun Booth | Boston Wedding Photobooth

This was an AWESOME wedding. How can you tell, you might wonder?
You start with an incredible couple. Then check:
IF the engagement session started like this…(click here to see more)

IF the DJ tells you at the end of the night that he wishes he could have 2 more hours with the group… (Rock on Mr. Ed!)
IF the speeches are able to make the photographer cry…
and
IF the photos from the Photo Booth we had set up come out looking like this…

officially the cutest mother and daughters shot.

This sister of the bride and her husband were awful excited to gain a brother.

Bunny ears shall never go out of style and neither will happy couples.

This couple was too cute… And I think their own wedding may be coming up soon? Congrats!

People were being hung upside down. Thankfully there were no chandeliers within reach!

um…

aww…

These ladies brought their own sweetness to the party. Something to do with chocolate… Now I am distracted.

Dear K&J, Even when the world turns you upside down- may you find happiness.

If the bride’s parents look this happy, you know good things are to follow for a couple.

Sadly this couple didn’t leave a forwarding address.

Sometimes a girl just needs to be dipped and a guy just needs to be held.

da guys.

K and her married-for-62-years-grandparents. A couple who can cut a rug and leave the young in the dust.

Seriously. How wonderful is this family?

All the “new” parents together celebrating the arrival of their newly acquired, bouncing son and daughter in law.

I can’t wait to get through the actual wedding photos. I will be posting some sneak peeks soon!
Congrats again Kyle and Jeff! (And please don’t be proof reading my post- it is really late at night and the dog ate my spellchecker)
