What could be better than cousins. My kids have 13 (so far). This is just one trio that makes up the bakers’ dozen. Much fun was had when they came to visit us a bit ago.
My kids love em. So do I.

Always welcome
These 5 are always welcome in our home. With our combined 5 kids, somehow it was quieter than our normal weekends with just two. And they came with sleeves rolled up and ready to work.
A whole painted living room, many yummy meals and a few nice outings in Providence later and we sadly had to bid them farewell. Our kids keep asking when they will be back, we are wondering the same thing. 
Jeesh. Parents can be so embarrassing.

I wanna hold your hand | NH Family Portrait.
If you have had a toddler, you have likely played this game before.
I want to hold your hands. No. Mommy’s hand, no. Daddy’s hand, NO. Wait, both hands. No. Wait.
This young lady is so super lovely and loved.
Both sets of her grandparents were able to be there for the portraits. They braved the chill of the NH air.
Young A took a little while to thaw herself. She is a girl after my own heart. I have a special love for little shy ones. My daughter at this age stopped looking at the camera all together. Devastating for a photographer mama. But she would not have looked at all at a stranger holding a black camera.
Little A has a similar spirit that experiences the world through the eyes of an observer. She wants to take it all in and make her assements before jumping in. Love it. It can make my job a bit more of a challenge, but a chalenge well worth it.
